I haven’t been a runner in a very long time. I came in because I need to train to walk a half marathon (it’s a first step toward getting back to running and getting in shape). Even when I ran in high school, I went at a snail’s pace. Let’s just say I was terrified to come into a store and ask for help. However, I was taken seriously! Adam was super kind and helpful and I felt no judgement. I was helped and I found good shoes and insoles to help with shin splints and my gait. I cannot tell you how great I felt leaving the store feeling like I’d been listened to and helped! It was amazing. I immediately called my sister and told her to go in ASAP!

I had a wonderful experience at Fleet Feet! I spent about an hour with Laura and she was so patient, knowledgeable and kind! Then when the store didn’t have the color I wanted, they ordered them and I’m pretty sure hand delivered them to my apartment! I will now only shop at Fleet Feet for all my running needs! I have already told all my friends about the store and my experience!! Great great selection and service!
