    I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call regarding my negative review. (I had complained about the quality of new frame I ordered) LensCrafters gave me an exact same, perfect new frame for me. I spoke to Lab manager after he replaced to mint condition frame. He had read my review and discussed the matter with Corporate office, found a solution to meet my needs. I appreciate the new mint condition frame but, more so, I appreciate the time and effort between the shop and corporate office. Thank you , LensCrafters! What you did, means a lot to me. You got a royal customer!
