Airspace Lounge at 3225 N Harbor Drive, 3225 Airport Terminal Road, San Diego, California.

Where to start. The lounge looks great but there are many pitfalls to this service. First of all, there is only one shower in the entire facility and I had to wait 30 minutes for the previous person to finish. Then the staff told me to wait until they cleaned the shower before I had my turn yet I waited 20 minutes for someone to tend to the 'cleaning' and in the end had to ask for it to be done. Then when someone finally did 'clean', all they did was get me a towel and a small bag of soap and left all the rubbish from the previous person. Next, the choice of food was abysmal. Some sad carrot and celery sticks, some dried chunks of cheese, a couple of packaged biscuits (or cookies) and a coffee machine that broke down and wasn't fixed until 20 minutes later when a customer told them. Tea bags, milk and hot water were also empty. No usb charge points which is essential for international travellers. All in all, poor value for nearly $40US. I've been to many lounges internationally and this has to be the worst yet.
