Please do not make the same mistake we did and trust these people with your pets. My husband and I used their pet sitting services while out of town for two weeks. She never touched the litter despite a very specific commitment to keep it clean. She even admitted she noticed that they went to the bathroom on the bed--still didn't clean the litter, left the mess on the bed (so that it grew as they got more desperate), and never even told us what was happening. For two weeks. You can imagine...we came home after a great ski vacation in Deer Valley to find a disgusting house, a brand new mattress ruined, and two extremely miserable cats.

I can't imagine anyone who cares about animals behaving like this with anyone's pets. She didn't even have the decency to apologize. We trusted her with our pets and let her into our home, and we feel violated and horribly guilty for putting our pets through that. I hope this disgusting story helps others avoid the same.

Friendly shop with lots of good inventory. They did a good job grooming and it was at a very reasonable price.
