Our daughter was on a rather tight insurance payment budget after her car was totaled in an accident. I shopped around for a good 2 weeks without success: Most dealers were offering me either a car way out of her budget or a very worn vehicle.
When I fell upon this smaller dealer, I was surprised that not only was the price right but the car looked great in the photos. I met Bernard who showed me the car with no pressure at all. The car was immaculate inside out and he promptly presented me the Carfax that confirmed the excellent condition. He not only worked with the budget but also walked me through the entire paperwork process and at the end offered to drop off the car thus to make a surprise for our daughter.
A week after the purchase, we discovered that the hatchback lock was not working. I texted Bernard and within 5 minutes he texted back that he will take care. Total honesty!
American Auto Experts may not have 100s of cars in their lot but they really stand behind the their cars and the service is simply fantastic. Highly recommended!
