Worst purchasing experience I've every had. They will take your money and tell you anything. In addition, if you get stuck with Tim as your sales rep...just run (He's pretty much useless).

Poor service example based on what they told my wife and I:

1. Your flooring will arrive in 5 days (1st lie).
2. Your flooring will be here in 2 weeks (2nd lie).
3. Your flooring will be delivered to your home (3rd lie). Had to pick it up at the warehouse and lug it home.
4. We will perform a price match since you found it cheaper somewhere else. I have yet to receive my credit and it has been 1 month since the day I submitted my claim. I have sent 6 email and always get a BS response as to why the credit hasn't been processed.

Bottom line, these guys are terrible and practice some really shady sales techniques. Stay away and save yourself the headache.
