I am the HR Manager of a call center in San Diego. We had an emergency plumbing situation at the commercial building. I called a couple plumbing services and ARS said they could come out in 20 MIN. I was so surprised at how they got someone out here so fast. Bryce came out and he totally HANDLED everything! We did some follow up recommendations for maintenance with them as well. So I decided to use them to install a new drinking fountain in our kitchen/break room at the building. Greg showed up and spent the entire day installing the fountain. He did a great job! I show up the next day to use the filling station and it's not working. I emailed Bryce and he immediately sent Greg back this morning, Greg did all the trouble shooting with the manufacturer of the product and found out it was a malfunction of the unit itself. They did not have to come back out at no charge but that is the way they are. I am so happy with the service and my satisfaction is 100%+.
