Run away fast! Called in a $140 order for BAMBOO GARDENS as a first time customer--Marissa took my order and told me my bamboo would ship in 3-4 days. I NEVER heard back, except for several charges to my bank account alerting my banks fraud protection. After charging and reversing large amounts on my card 3 times, they finally charged me correctly. It's been over two weeks, so I called the company back and got Marissa back on the phone who told me although I've already been charged $140, my order hasn't shipped, and in fact, will take TWO MORE WEEKS, even though they charged me a week ago! She argued they left me a voicemail which is a lie, and then quoted back a bad email address she claimed to have notified me with. Should call the company "Bamboozled Gardens". Shameful service and sketchy business practices!
