I could not agree with the statement above. In addition, these people are straight RUDE!!!! They need to learn etiquette as well. Frankly, i am Korean too. I am embarrassed for them. My college friend sent clothes here a few times, and both she and I have never gone back. Shop around. You CAN find better prices and much better customer service.

Not to be arrogant or racist at all but did they not teach "How to Run a Business 101" in Korea. When you bring in something to be dry cleaned and tell them when you need it, and they say yes that they can do it, one would expect it to be done. After showing up when it was supposed to be ready it was not. It had not been steamed. "Oh but so sorry we only steam things in morning." Luckily for me, like most submissive Asians, they turned on their steam machine and steamed it after a little harassment on my part.
