Looking at home draft system reviews, the only complaints typically come from the accessories that come with the unit; taps sticking after a week, regulators leaking after a few months. Companies have to get to a price point, so I understand. In retail, we've become so used to the response of "that's what it comes with" we start spending more money in a few months for Perlick taps, commercial grade regulators, etc.

The great thing about Beverage Factory is that they allow you to pick and choose the components that come with your draft system and get a credit for the parts you are not taking. Now from day one, it's set up with the quality and longevity you want without replacing components.

It had to be shipped all the way across the country by truck. Much to my surprise, it came properly strapped onto a pallet with extra reinforcement and shrink wrap everywhere to protect it. Even the trucking company made a comment on how well it was protected.

Of all the parts and pieces that came, one was incorrect. One phone call had a replacement on the way and a UPS tracking number. These guys have their act together, how refreshing after dealing with most retailers today.
