I cannot say enough good about Mike and Cornerstone! We tried to do an assumption through my wife's lender to keep the interest rate (something like 3.875%) It was a nightmare... they'd keep re-requesting the same docs, go for weeks with no communication and then tell us they were going to shut the process down because they didn't have a document we'd just sent to them, etc. Finally, we gave up and called Mike. Within about three weeks, we have a completed refi and a straightened-out title.

If you want your loan done quickly, professionally, and correctly; call Mike. If for some reason you don't want that and want to slog through a horrible process, then definitely call someone else!

When I found the perfect home 1st day on the market, I had to compete with 3 other offers and a counter offer for a 25 day escrow or I'd pay a penalty of $100 a day every day past 25. Scared to tears I got Mike on the phone asking him "can we do this?" Mike had been available for my calls 24/7 every time I had a quick question while looking for a home. He assured me that he would give it his all and more. Mind you, this was not a million dollar deal, just around $250K. Long story short, I ended up closing escrow not only on time, but in 21 days and at an even better interest rate than he originally quoted but that's another long story. Would I recommend Mike Lynch????????? uhhhhhhh TO ANYONE, EVERYONE, SMALL LOANS, LARGE LOANS. Just people who appreciate and remember what true customer service is....YES,.......BIG YES!!!!!
