Convenient location but way too expensive for old, run down apartments with appliances that break constantly and an atmosphere that looks and feels like Section 8 housing with fancy cars.

With never-seen security, there are cops called most nights due to break-ins, weirdos and homeless people just wandering through the open garages, hallways and elevators. It is not a secure place to live. There is only one security guard on detail for ALL of the garages all night long and there are criminals casing every night waiting for you to leave your car doors unlocked. Happened twice to me. They took everything including the spare tire and Iphone charger.

There is dog poop everywhere on the grounds as some dog owners don’t clean up after their pets. It’s disgusting. I suggested they put doggie stations around the complex. (There are service and support dogs in the building). That was a year ago.

The staff is nice enough but seem to think this place is ‘upscale.’ It’s really a dump with strategically placed “smoke and mirrors” so it looks good from the outside and the model apartments are very well staged. The location is good but your rent goes up every year. By a lot if you only sign for 6 months. Extortion prices if you only stay month to month.

Renter beware. Other than that, the gym is free and the gym staff is pretty great.
