Fashion Valley at 7007 Friars Road, San Diego, California.

Visited as a tourist from out of state in 2017. This is by far one of the more interesting and innovative malls in Southern California. The outdoor concept, the location of key tenants, the quality of design/decor and the diverse customers (good mix of natives, tourists, other patrons) make this a great place for families, tourists and almost everyone else. The stores skew a bit towards the young and trendy segment but there are plenty of stores for everyone (Apple, technology vendors, beauty, ..).
This is a great mall with enough parking on a weekend.
Only the overall traffic situation around the mall was not great, but that is always the case, I guess.

Very huge and modern shopping center. Lot of free, open and public parking place. Just meters away from Hotel circle and local bus transit Centre and trolley station. BUS # 88,20,120 are suitable for downtown and hotel circle hotels like Days Inn , Comfort Inn, Town and Country and near by convention centre.

Food courts are good and goodies from almost all big brands like Zara, Gap, Boss and lot others are at hand splurge your moola!!
