Great chicken, but they push the coldslaw on everyone. I hate coldslaw but have to pay extra on meals if I try for a substatute for something other than slaw. Yuckers!

Terrible service!! Several things were wrong! My and my family waiting 15 minutes before they even made our food because they forgot. Four people behind me already got there’s, so I knew something was wrong. No apologies from the Manager or workers. They were too busy speaking Spanish amongst themselves and was looking at me the whole time!! Didn’t even ask if I needed something! They even made a mistake with my order and made it to go when we were dining in. I understand that people make mistakes. I get it. But there is no excuse for poor common customers service!!! “My apologies or I’m sorry we made a mistake “. Those things, you can’t forget and is unacceptable!!!

Had to repeat my order four times at the drive-thru, and the employee dropped my cash on the ground and tried to blame ME for it. Also, my taco shell was broken, as seen in the photo:
