Not cool Pacific Nissan! Couldn't get General Manager, Richard, to call me back or even the Sales Manager, Alex. Only the original salesman called and apologized. Pitiful Pacific Nissan! I notified Nissan and Yelp about this debacle. BEWARE!! and check and re-check your paperwork before you leave and understand you will pay for their errors! Bye-bye Pacific Nissan and hello any other dealership!
