This salon is AWFUL. I wish I could give -5 stars to them. I booked an appointment with Misty for 9 a.m. When I showed up the the receptionist said she has me with Shannon! I complained and said I want an appointment with Misty. She said she is available at 4 p.m. that day. I booked her and showed up at 4 p.m. just to learn that they have scheduled me for the day after! The receptionist is extremely rude and doesn't even smile. She didn't even apologize. My wife and I are both good tippers and care about our style. They just lost two costumers. We live in San Diego and there are countless great stylists who treat people with respect and would love to style our hair. I would recommend you stay AWAY from this terrible salon.
