More than unimpressed. Professionalism could be improved upon having services available online that are in fact not available at this location. I went to this location to have a passport picture taken. I was told the camera has been broken for a few days. When I asked when the service would be available, the response I got was a shrugging of the shoulders from the man behind the counter. “The owner is on vacation for a few weeks and I’m not taking money out of my pocket to replace it.” Really?! Quality control, effective communication and having delegation of priority seems to be lacking here. The overall rating of 1.5 starts now makes complete sense, sadly.
