Walters Management at 9665 Chesapeake Drive #300, San Diego, California.

I would stay far away from this company. I have lived in several places with an HOA and this is by far the worst one I have ever lived it. I lived in this location for almost 2 years and Parked my motorcycle in the same location because that is where I was told I could park. There was no red no parking or anything. I came out of my place one day to find that it was towed. I got no notice just that it was not there. I called the towing company and in fact they towed it. After I went and spent over $300 to get my motorcycle back I contacted the Management company and asked them why I was towed and they said that I was not parked legally. I then said that is where I was told the parking for motorcycles is. They then said it was not and then when I asked where it was they couldn't tell me and had me walk all over the place to try to find it. When I went to the different places to look that they told me I would call them back and let them know it was not there. So this went on for a while till we finally found it.

I asked for a return of the money and they said no with no reason given other than the board said no. I wasn't even offered to come to the board meeting to discuss my case in person.
