Hertz at 3355 Admiral Boland Way, San Diego, California.

Perfect experience. My Chevy Suburban was waiting for me when I arrived in San Diego. I added a second driver when I got there and there was no additional charge. Customer service was great. Online rental was easy and the price was very reasonable. I never drove such a large vehicle but needed it for the six men in our group and it drove amazingly well worth decent gas mileage. The car return was even easier! I have another Hertz reservation for my trip with my wife to the National Parks out west this Spring.

One interesting change at the airport is that the car rental agencies now share the same shuttle and Hertz was the first stop.

Really bad and nasty service!!! I wanted to have a nice experience, being my first time. They don't give you the right information... We clearly asked if we had to return the car with a full tank, and the representative said "no because you guys had a membership", we were like great, after our 5 hr drive, we return the car and the representative said we will charge an extra $100 dollars because the gas tank is not full, I was like what, you crazy! We had to go and pump gas bring it back, take in mind we just got back of a 5 hr drive non stop and you drop off your car and they tell you this. This is ridicules, the problem is that these representatives need to be train right to be able to provide better information to customers. I would never ever recommend HERTZ to a family member. Hertz you guys need to train your representative. I never right reviews, but I am a person that always read reviews. NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE WILL I RENT FROM THEM AGAIN.....
